Thank you for purchasing your Christmas tree with us and thank you for helping to raise money for Parkinson's research. We really appreciate you supporting independent, feel good, small businesses like ours.

Returns & Exchanges

Unfortunately, The Giving Christmas Tree does not accept refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases. Each of our Christmas trees is handmade to order and we provide the information needed to make an informed decision to ensure our tree is suited for your needs.

We encourage you to get in touch with any specific questions about our Christmas trees prior to your purchase. 

At checkout, there will be a reminder about our purchasing terms and you will be asked to confirm you understand these. 

Late Delivery

We always try our best to get our order out in the time frame indicated at checkout, however we do not offer refunds for orders that arrive late or not when expected. Each of our trees is handmade to order and processing time is seven to 10 days, and during busy periods this can increase to 15 days. Our checkout page will be updated to share our latest processing times. Occasionally things happen that are out of control, these includes delivery partners experiencing unforeseen delays or delays due to changes in COVID-19 restrictions. We will endeavour to share these with you, however, if you have a question about your order, please get in touch by sharing your order number.

Faulty Items

If you believe your item is damaged or faulty, please get in touch with us ASAP by sending your order confirmation, along with an explanation of the fault (if you could share photos of the defect even better). We will work with you to fix the fault or send a replacement Christmas tree. Unfortunately, because our products are made by human hands there can sometimes be mishaps. We will take care of the cost of postage returns.
